Safety

Our priority is to ensure that our employees, contractors and visitors to all areas of our business are safe.

We offer extensive safety training and our team of safety officers continuously monitors workplace practices to ensure that we work in optimal safety conditions. We do not allow anyone to work under the influence of intoxicating substances and will regularly conduct random tests to ensure that all our employees are in optimal condition to work safely and to not place their peers at risk either.

We aim to create a healthy and positive work environment for all our employees, acknowledging the benefits this provides in terms of productivity. We have now implemented our Wellness Programme which focuses on HIV/Aids, sexually transmitted infections and tuberculosis, and train our employees to live responsible lives. Our workplace Occupational health Clinic offers a valuable service to all employees.
